Davin Kemshead was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta and is proud to call Central Alberta his home. Davin started his career in Commercial Real Estate in September of 2000 as an assistant and quickly became a partner with a high producing team. Davin joined Salomons Commercial in July of 2020. Davin’s roots are well established in The Central Alberta Community, he has a passion for Commercial Real Estate and strong ties to the area. Davin is an experienced negotiator, Listing Agent, Buyer’s Agent and Tenant’s Agent. His specialties in the commercial market include Industrial Sales and Leasing, Commercial and Office Sales and Leasing and Investment Properties.
